International Trade Fair for Tubes & Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Fittings and Components

TUBOTECH is a three-day regional trade fair for interested parties from the oil and gas industry, the automotive industry, the construction industry, metal construction and mining. It takes place every two years together with wire South America in the Sao Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center in Brazil and focuses on trends and technologies in tube production, tube processing, tube machining, tube accessories and tube trading. Investments and growth opportunities in the South American construction, automotive and energy industries traditionally attract trade visitors from Brazil and other South and Central American countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay. TUBOTECH receives conceptual and technical support from ITA - International Tube Association - and the Brazilian trade association ABITAM - Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Tubos e Accesórios de Metal.

A success story

The International Trade Fair for Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Fittings and Components was launched in 2001 and has recorded an increase in floor space of 21% since then.

International participation

Exhibitors from 10+ countries meet visitors from Brazil, as well as from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay, but also from Canada, China and India. From Europe, visitors from Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Turkey are are attending the fair in Sao Paulo.

Competent audience

Approximately 12,000 trade visitors, mainly from the oil and gas, automotive, construction, metal construction and mining industries, will gather information on the latest technologies and current pipe processing products over three days of the fair.

Profitable markets

Tubes and end products are indispensable for the upcoming investments in the South American construction, automotive and energy industries. The interest in investing in Brazil and the entire South American market is growing and increases the prospect of good trade fair business.

Economic Prospects of Brazil

The largest economy in Latin America is recovering very slowly from the severe recession. In spite of the change of government, the political situation in Brazil remains unstable. Nevertheless, due to its large domestic market and broad-based industry, Brazil remains an important export destination for foreign companies.

Sao Paulo Expo EXHIBITION & CONVENTION CENTER

The Sao Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center is one of the largest fairgrounds in Brazil. It has ten ultramodern auditoriums and three huge pavilions on a overall exhibition space of 300.000 sqm gross.

The strategical perfect location of the Imigrantes Exhibition and Convention center between Sao Paulo city and region (850 m from the Jabaquara Terminal, 3 km from the national airport Congonhas, 7 km from the hotel and finance center, 10 km of Sao Paulo downtown and 25 km from the international airport) makes the fairgrounds to a very attractive exhibition center with international standard.
